Sis. Koi Thompson is the Director of the F.B.C. Dance Ministry, Youth Bible Study Teacher, and F.B.C. Mass Choir Director. Her parents are Pastor Johnnie B. Magee Jr. and First Lady Dinah Magee of Reserve, Louisiana. On February 8, 2008, Koi Thompson wed James Thompson of Chandler, Oklahoma. Together they have one daughter, Jaz Janeik Thompson (2009). Sis. Koi Thompson has been Liturgical Dancing for 16 years. Over the years, she has instructed numerous churches in the Tri-Parishes.

Dance Extravaganza a HUGE Success
On Saturday, October 17, 2009 FBC held its First Annual Dance Extravaganza. Dance teams from the River Parishes and surrounding areas participated by given an A & B selection with the home team opening up the services. We were also blessed with a musical rendition from our own FBC Mass Choir. The night turned out to be a huge success for the dancers with a pack house full of Christians seeking the word of God through dance. Congratulations Sister Koi Thompson and FBC Praise Dance Ministry.
