Ms. Sophie Broden was born and raised right here in Vacherie, Louisana where she attended First Baptist back when it was a little white building on Church Street.  She has been a part of the usher board for over 47 years.  Sophie's favorite scripture is Proverbs 11:5 and her favorite song is Stand by Donnie McClurkin.
