Mr. & Mrs. James Thompson is a young couple that keeps Christ first in their lives. James and Koi met at Mount Bethel Baptist Church in Langston, Oklahoma where they both attended college. While attending Langston University, James was the Baptist Student Union President. Koi was a choir member and bible study teacher at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church. After graduating from college, they wed on February 9, 2008. Together they have one daughter, Jaz Janeik Thompson (2009). They are choir members, marriage ministry members, and youth bible study teachers for adolescent boys and girls here at First Baptist. They love working with the youth and building Christian relationships with them.
